Join Revs. Shelby Slowey and Ingrid McIntyre for a one-hour soul renewing sound bath experience led by musician and sound healing alchemist Milly Roze.

Saturday, April 27th from 10am-11am at South End UMC (5042 Edmondson Pike).
Come 10-15 minutes early to relax and settle in.
If you choose to lay down for the experience, you'll need to bring a yoga mat and/or a supportive pillow for your neck as they will not be provided. We will have a number of folding chairs available if you prefer to sit.
